My experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. Although I was drawn in by the good reviews and attractive photos, the reality was far from what I expected. The rooms were damp and poorly maintained, and when I raised my concerns, the staff was unhelpful. On a positive note, I later found another hotel nearby that was both more comfortable and reasonably priced, saving my trip from becoming a disaster.
